Empower Gym was born out of a deep desire and underlying need to provide our clients with a state of the art facility overseen by a highly experienced team of specialists in our core areas.
We are proudly an extension of Unley Physiotherapy and many of the same team will be operating out of both areas.
Whether you are training for peak performance, rehabilitating or want to be an active ager, we guarantee we will give you wrap around care and attention, in one place. From assessment to goal and program setting, through to monitoring and refining, we have the experience, expertise and equipment to help.
We also deeply value an all inclusive community and our gym has been carefully built to suit different ages and abilities.
